LG officially unveiled the Optimus G Pro on February 12, and now word has surfaced that the 5.5-inch smartphone will make its way to North America at some point during the second quarter of this year. The Optimus G Pro is equipped with a curved glass screen with a full 1080p HD resolution, a quad-core processor, 2GB of RAM, a 13-megapixel camera and 32GB of expandable storage.
The Verge recently had a chance to check out the phone and came away relatively impressed with the device. Unfortunately, LG didn’t identify if the phone will land on any carriers in the United States, or for how much. We’ll be scouting out the Optimus G during Mobile World Congress, which kicks off next Saturday, to bring you our own first impressions.
