A photo of LG’s alleged Optimus L7 II Dual has spilled to the ‘net, and we’re guessing it could be among LG’s announcements during next month’s Mobile World Congress trade show in Barcelona. Hi-Tech, which spilled the above image, suggested the phone will support two SIM cards at once, which means it could be particularly attractive to business travelers or to consumers in emerging markets where more than one person might share a single phone.

The device allegedly includes a dual-core processor clocked at 1GHz, an 8-megapixel camera, a 4.3-inch display, Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, LG Quick Memo, LG QuickTranslator and a 2,460mAh battery. The phone is expected to launch in Russia at some point, and the price should fall in about $432, unlocked.

The “Dual” moniker suggests LG will also launch a standard L7 II that supports just a single SIM card.
