A U.S. court once again rejected Apple’s efforts to ban Samsung from selling the Galaxy Nexus in the United States, Reuters reported on Thursday. A ban was originally in effect this summer, when Apple won a $1 billion suit against the South Korea phone maker, and then Samsung tried to get the ban lifted. The court ultimately lifted the injunction in October, but Apple tried to get it banned again.
The court didn’t say how or why it reached its decision, at least not publicly, and neither company offered Reuters a comment on the matter. The good news? Consumers can still purchase the phone. You might want to consider grabbing the newer Nexus 4 instead, however.
