HTC just sent out invites to a press event in New York City on Feb. 19. What’s in store? The company only hinted that we’ll see “what’s next” but we’re guessing it’s the big unveil for the company’s new flagship Android smartphone, the M7. Samsung unveiled the Galaxy S5 during the 2014 Mobile World Congress show in Barcelona earlier this year, and just a few months later it’s available all around the globe, and from major carriers in the United States for $199 with a new two-year contract.
The device offers brand new hardware components, including a faster processor, and is also equipped with unique parts like a heart rate sensor. Last year’s Galaxy S4 was extremely popular, and Samsung sold millions of units within months of its release.
