Killer is Dead is the upcoming effort from Goichi Suda (known as Suda 51), Grasshopper Manufacture and Kadokawa Games. That’s the team responsible for games like Killer7, No More Heroes and Shadows of the Damned. Their games, while admittedly strange and bizarre, carry a genuinely unique air of style with them. Killer is Dead looks like it will pack that same one-of-a-kind presence, thanks to the reveal trailer from last week and the 23 screenshots you’ll find in the gallery below. It’s gritty, it’s pulpy and it looks like a classic take on the assassin genre of action films. Killer is Dead is set to release this summer for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 in Japan. There’s been no word on an international release yet.
