What is HTC’s big phone of 2013? Well, you’re looking at it, and it’s currently dubbed the M7.
The image appears compliments of UnwiredView, which said it came from a trusted source. As you can see, it appears HTC wants to create a complete edge-to-edge screen, which means you won’t have any borders on the sides of the phone. We think HTC will announce the phone during Mobile World Congress, especially if it wants to make a splash during a show when several other phone makers will be unveiling flagship devices, but UnwiredView notes this might not be the final design because it doesn’t have any HTC branding.
The M7 is expected to come rocking with a quad-core processor clocked at 1.7GHz, a 4.7-inch screen and a price tag in the $600 area. We’re also guessing it will come running Android 4.1 (or 4.2) Jelly Bean and a new version of Sense. UnwiredView also said that the phone is scheduled to land on several U.S. carriers. If you’ve been eyeing the DROID DNA, you may want to hold off a few months until we learn about the M7.
