Google has added the ability for developers to directly respond to user comments in the Google Play store. The feature has been available through the Web for some of the top application developers; adding the ability into the actual app is a really cool way to show more personal interactions between companies and users—and hopefully lead to a better end product.

Droid-Life said that now that the ability has been added to Google Play, even “smaller” app developers are able to respond to users, too, which is great for the little guys. More importantly, greater for the ecosystem.
