Sharp just announced its AQUOS Ultra HD Panels, which features a 4K display and will ship during the second half of 2013. The company didn’t provide much information on it and the TVs that will use it, but we assume it will be used in new high-end televisions from the company that will include all of the other bells and whistles the company discussed today. We’re talking about an amazing screen, aluminum body design, great speakers and a connected TV experience that can be controlled with a smartphone. Pricing was not announced, although we’re not expecting it to be a budget-friendly device.
