Samsung is dropping some cryptic clues about what we can expect to see from the company in the way of televisions at CES 2013.
While LG has been spewing off information left, right and center about what TVs it will be showing at CES next week, Samsung has provided no information to date beyond the announcement of an overhaul for its Smart Hub. Over the weekend all of that changed, but both clues are a bit of a head scratcher.
The first thing to show up was the image you see in this post along with the following text.
A true innovation of TV design is coming up with an unprecedented new TV shape and timeless gallery design…
That was followed up with this video.
We’re not quite sure what to make of this. Will the TV be in a portrait orientation? Will it be transparent? We just don’t know. We are definitely intrigued, however, and look forward to seeing whatever it is at Samsung’s press conference next Monday.
