Samsung reportedly has plans to add a 1.1 million square foot research and development center to its existing facilities in the Silicon Valley. The South Korea-based tech giant will also use the building to house some of its sales team members and, according to Engadget, is being designed to” encourage interaction among staff” while “[fostering] connections with the community.”

Of course, the additional space means the company will also need to provide larger parking facilities, so a new parking garage is being planned along with an “amenity pavilion,” which we assume is somewhere where workers can pick up snacks and other amenities. Hey, maybe there’s a gym planned, too?
