RIM’s upcoming Z10, the company’s first BlackBerry 10 device, has shown up in Carphone Warehouse’s inventory screen; this comes just one day after the device showed up in marketing materials. There’s not much to go on from the inventory description. It does confirm the Z10 name, and also the fact that it’ll arrive in both black and white, but otherwise we don’t know much about specs. We’ve already seen several leaked images of the device, along with a video preview, and with RIM’s Jan. 30 BB10 day of reckoning just around the corner, I wouldn’t be surprised to see the specs hit before the official unveiling.

Samsung unveiled the Galaxy S5 during the 2014 Mobile World Congress show in Barcelona earlier this year, and just a few months later it’s available all around the globe, and from major carriers in the United States for $199 with a new two-year contract.
The device offers brand new hardware components, including a faster processor, and is also equipped with unique parts like a heart rate sensor. Last year’s Galaxy S4 was extremely popular, and Samsung sold millions of units within months of its release.
