At this point in time, if you’re an active PlayStation fan and you play a ton of games, subscribing to PlayStation Plus is practically a no-brainer. The service constantly offers up discounts and freebies once you buy into the monthly fee.

Take this week’s new additions to the Instant Game Collection library, for instance. Sony has added both indie platformer Rochard and Super Street Fighter IV: Arcade Edition to their service. Those games join the likes of Uncharted: Golden Abyss and Gravity Rush for the PS Vita, as well as BioShock 2, LittleBigPlanet 2 and Quantum Conundrum for the PlayStation 3.

Both Rochard and Super Street Fighter IV: Arcade Edition will be available in the Instant Game Collection when the PS Store updates tomorrow.

PlayStation Plus, in its cheapest form, will run you just over $4 a month if you spend $49.99 for the full year. Or, you can buy it for $17.99 for three months and spend just over $6 per month.

For you current PS Plus subscribers: how are you digging the premium club?
