The latest update (OS X Mountain Lion 10.8.2) pushed out Friday is for 13″ MacBook Pros with Retina Display, (the newly released) 21.5″ iMac (late 2012), and Mac Mini (late 2012).
This update is nearly the same 10.8.2 update that was released back in September, except Apple pulled the update for certain models. Especially for Mac minis and my 13″ MacBook Pro with Retina Display . The App Store displayed a wonderful “Error: OS X Update can’t be installed on this disk. This volume does not meet the requirements for this update.” for about a month and I was unable to update to the iPhone 9.4.2. According to certain forums, certain machines were experiencing “keychain issues.”
If you’ve got a new MacBook Pro, Mac Mini or your you’ve just picked up the new iMac have at it.
