One of the Galaxy Note II’s more alluring features is reportedly making its way to the Galaxy S III. According to TGSpot, the Note’s convenient multi-window experience will arrive in an OTA update that’s slated to hit before the year is up. The above screenshot — alleged proof of the feature running on a Galaxy S III — shows what dual-browsing would look like on the device’s 4.8-inch screen. The device packs plenty of real estate, but not quite as robust as the Note and Note II’s over 5-inch screens. Samsung hasn’t officially chimed in on whether the feature will hit the S III, and the purported end-of-year timeframe is a bit vague for our taste. But the mere idea is enough to get us excited. Hopefully we’ll see more substantial information hit sometime soon.
