Target to Offer iPad with Retina Display for $500 with $60 Gift Card on Black Friday

Black Friday deals are spilling onto the Internet and the latest suggests that, like Walmart, Target will offer a deal on Apple’s iPad. The retailer will offer the fourth generation iPad with Retina display for $499.99 and will provide a $60 gift card to anyone who buys the tablet. That’s similar to Walmart, which is offering the iPad 2 for $399.99 with a $75 gift card, ultimately driving the price down below the new iPad mini.
We know that Walmart is opening early and is guaranteeing that it will have the iPad 2 in stock for at least an hour. It’s unclear how long Target’s offer will exist, so you may want to get in line early to take advantage of the deal.
