Apple Says Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, Galaxy Note 10.1 Infringe on its Patents

Apple recently won a ruling in the United States under which Samsung will pay the iPhone maker more than $1 billion in damages, but the fight continues on. Apple on Tuesday reportedly added Android 4.1 and the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 to its lawsuit against Samsung.
If you remember, a jury ruled this summer that Samsung’s Galaxy Tab 10.1 didn’t infringe on Apple’s patented technology, and it’s odd to us that Apple decided to add a tablet that looks so similar to it. Bloomberg said the trial isn’t set to begin until 2014, either, which will be long after the Note 10.1′s shelf life has ended. Strange times, indeed.
