Following months, if not years, of rumor and speculation, Apple finally unveiled the iPad mini during a special event in San Jose on Tuesday. I’m sure you already know all about it, so I won’t bore you with the details. But I thought you might like to see Apple’s first iPad mini commercial — it’s awesome.
It’s the same clip that was shown during Tuesday’s event, and it shows a regular 9.7-inch iPad teaming up with the new iPad mini to play a duet on the keyboard. It demonstrates that despite its smaller display, the iPad mini is capable of running regular iPad apps — in this case GarageBand — just as well as its bigger brother.
In addition to this, Apple has uploaded its first iPad mini Smart Cover commercial to YouTube. Like the latest iPod ad, it’s full of bright colors and catchy music.
What do you think to Apple’s new iPad mini commercials? Will you be pre-ordering the device on Friday?
