You might be able to get your hands on Samsung’s new Galaxy Note II earlier than expected. When the Korean company officially unwrapped its Note II plans in September, Samsung said to expect the device in mid-November, with exact carrier dates to come at a later time. But a leaked internal memo suggests T-Mobile might launch the ginormous handset on Oct. 24.

If you remember, that’s the same date Samsung is holding its New York City event for the device, where we’re expecting all the juicy details to be laid out on the table. We got our hands-on an international model of the Note II and absolutely love the device, as reflected in TechnoBuffalo’s review. Without a doubt, it’s the best Android device out there, and it’s easy to see why in this Samsung-made video.

Samsung previously promised the device would arrive next month, so we’re not getting our hopes up too high for an Oct. 24 launch, but who knows. October is already flying by, so we’ll know more information as we edge toward the end of the month.
