With the release of the new Lightning dock standard for iOS and iPod devices, converting older peripherals to the new updated devices may be an issue.  Apple has already listed options for older docks to the Lightning format, but what about for those of us that use a bevy of other Micro USB devices?

Well, the Apple Store currently has a Micro USB to Lightning adapter for European markets.  The adapter is available for £15 and expected to ship within three days.  We know this is a measure to placate the European courts and their decision to require all phone manufacturers to use the micro USB standard.

It appears that the Micro USB adapter is only for European markets. So head to your local airport to make the flight to pick one of these up.  You could always wait a few months to see if any third party options become available.
