With summer finally here, lots of travelers will be hitting the road and airways on holiday. And among the things people will need to pack are the tech accessories they need to go along with their smartphones, tablets and/or laptops.

Everyone’s habits and preferences are different, but there’s a basic group of accessories that would be handy for nearly any occasion. So before you head off on vacation, consider this checklist of fundamental items to pack. (And if you’re planning to travel a lot this season, you can make life extra easy on yourself by pre-packing a tech gear bag, so you don’t have to corral these things each time.)
