We’re here storming the show floor at Mobile World Congress and we just had a chance to swing by Samsung’s booth to check out its latest tablet, the Galaxy Note 10.1. The Galaxy Note 10.1 offers a special “S Pen” that allows its users to draw on the screen directly, much like the Galaxy Note smartphone. The tablet runs Google’s latest Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system, is powered by a 1.4GHz dual-core processor and will offer 16GB, 32GB or 64GB of storage depending on the model you choose. It reminds us, obviously, of the original Galaxy Tab 10.1 but it also feels much, much faster. That’s likely due to the improvements made in Ice Cream Sandwich. We were able to play with a white model, too, which felt super thin and looked great. We also had a bit of fun drawing on the large 10.1-inch screen and we can see this tablet being particularly useful among students.
