We were running from press event to press event last night so we’re just now getting the chance to bring you a closer look at LG’s brand new Optimus 3D Max smartphone. The Optimus 3D Max is, as its name implies, the successor to the original Optimus 3D. LG told us it improved the brightness of the display so that users can better view 3D content outdoors. We also love that it’s much thinner than the original. Other features include a 1.2GHz dual-core processor, a 4.3-inch 3D display, 8GB of internal storage, 1GB of RAM, and a 5-megapixel camera capable of snapping 3D photos. Overall we think it’s definitely an improvement over the original Optimus 3D, but we’re still not sold on the technology as a whole.
