Google: Dennis Woodside to Replace Sanjay Jha as Motorola Mobility CEO

Google has chosen Dennis Woodside to replace Sanjay Jha as Motorola Mobility’s chief executive officer, Bloomberg reported on Thursday. According to his LinkedIn profile, Woodside is currently a Senior Vice President at Google. It’s unclear when the change will take effect. Google announced its intentions to purchase Motorola Mobility for $12.5 billion in August. U.S. regulators approved the acquisition on February 14th.
