We’re big fans — pun intended —of AT&T’s Samsung Galaxy Note LTE here at TechnoBuffalo. But we’ve certainly had our fair share of awkward glances when we pull the phone out at restaurants.
In fact, Jon Rettinger and myself were sitting having a couple of burgers (and a chocolate milk) just last week when our waitress asked us whether Jon was carrying a tablet or a smartphone? “What IS that thing?” she asked, clearly confused. “A phablet,” Jon joked, using a term we’ve all adopted for the device. So we’re wondering here at TechnoBuffalo headquarters, is the Galaxy Note too big?
Sure, it’s not for everyone. The iPhone is pocket friendly and offers a small but sharp Retina Display. There are dozens and dozens of phones with screens that range between the iPhone’s 3.5-inch display and the Galaxy Note’s 5.3-inch screen, which means consumers can basically find the size that fits them best, whether it’s massive or tiny. So let’s hear from you, the readers, is the Galaxy Note’s screen too big or not? Let us know by answering the poll!
